not worth the money.

not worth the money. handle is too flimsy. handle is barely long enough to reach bottom of feeders. brush is made of a foam material that is not strong enough to withstand the compression of squeezing through the "neck" of the feeder and disintegrates after about one week of daily use.

This foam mop is awful.

This foam mop is awful. Pieces of foam break off inside the hummingbird feeder every time I clean them. The wire that holds the pieces just cuts through the foam. I’ve used mine approximately 7 times and had to throw it out. Waste of money. Why can’t you make this with a real, tiny mop head that won’t rip and fall apart?!

I was able to reach ALL the interior surfaces of one of my hummingbird feeders, especially the ones closest to the neck of the feeder, which has always been a challenge for me with a regular bottle brush. I was able to get all the debris out of the feeder.

Nothing compares to the Perky-Pet Foam Feeder Cleaning Mop for getting my Hummingbird feeder sparkling clean. I love it!
Would not purchase again.

The mop is made of a different type of foam. This new foam(yellow in color) starts to fall apart after the first use. The previous mop would last for a my h lo her time. Very disappointed.

I'm very pleased with my feeder "mop". It gets into a diamond shaped bottle and gets it clean!

Foam Cleaning Mops

I love these Foam Cleaning Mops. They work very well into the small openings in top of feeders. One will easily last through a Season of Hummers, and plus some. My husband squeezes the wire tight on the foam end, so the foam doesn't crawl out, as soon as I get a new one. Works great!
Sponge material needs improvement.

I have used these mops ever since I began feeding hummingbirds and they are excellent, however, the quality continues to go downhill. Two weeks ago I purchased two mops and the first time I used it the sponge began breaking off. In two weeks I need to replace both. I realize these are inexpensive but they should make it through one feeding schedule.

The foam feeder cleaning mops have been mainstays of my ability to keep my Perky-Pet hummingbird feeders clean for a decade. I with they were an inch longer, but these get the job done.
