Q.I have this feeder and love it. I am missing one of the yellow inserts that go into the middle of the flower. Is there a way to get a replacement of this part? Small bugs and yellow jackets seem to get into the feeder this way. Thanks!

Q.I have a #229 feeder. The bottom of the feeder (red part) is 2 pieces.When I screw the bowl to it - it leaks like crazy. I've tried tightening this, but I don't want to strip the threads. I really don't want to glue the 2 parts together so it won't leak at the seam. We bought it locally at New Haven (IN) Ag Store. Recommendations? Is there a re-designed bottom piece?

The base is designed to come apart for easy cleaning. When assembling the base, ensure that the tabs interlock before tightly screwing on the feeder bottle. We do not recommend gluing this feeder. Please reach out to us at 1-855-PERKYPET (1-855-737-5973) for additional assistance.
