Q.I bought three of these feeders this summer, and my hummingbirds love them. However they've been knocked down a few times by squirrels or raccoons, and I'm now missing a few of the bee guards. Can I get replacement bee guards without replacing the entire feeder?

Q.Other than water, what can be added to the top any moat? Vaseline maybe?

We can only recommend placing water in the ant moat.

Q.I purchased this at beginning of spring. Hummingbirds loved it but the bottom plastic piece that you screw on glass bottle cracked. Is there a replacement I can get? Thank You

Q.Is this glass or plastic?

The bottle on this feeder is made of clear, hardened glass.

Q.I bought two of these, and particularly like the wide-mouth bottle for cleaning purposes. I only hung one up to start, and it leaked (slow drip) from one of the feeding stations. Is there anything I can do from a filling standpoint to alleviate that, or is it just defective somehow? I've put the second one up in its place, and it seems to be leak-free so far.

We recommend quickly inverting the feeder upright after filling. Also, the base and the bottle will need to be tightly assembled to form a vacuum seal.
