Are there replacement parts available for the zinnia ports? Where might I find them?

Just put this feeder out full and within 10 minutes it had drained to 1/4. I understand how a float valve is suppose to work but the one on this feeder is not holding. I really like the look and the whole premise of this feeder. Am I over looking something? please advise.

Can you explain why the hummingbirds avoid this feeder. They empty my others, but ignore this one.

Hummingbirds may avoid the feeder due to its location, unfamiliar design, spoiled nectar, or issues like leaking or air bubbles. If other feeders are preferred, they might ignore this one. Try moving the feeder, refreshing the nectar, and checking for leaks.
