WORTHLESS waste of money, but attractive indeed. By miz biz

the bloody thing does not unscrew. It is on much too tightly. I have cut my palms on the edges; worthless git of a feeder.

Perky-Pet® has a long history of producing high-quality and reliable bird feeders and products. We apologize for this experience and would be happy to provide assistance.

The feeder should be able to screw on firmly for a secure fit, but allow to then be opened easily.  Please contact our Consumer Relations Team at 1-855-PERKYPET (1-855-737-5973) so we can learn more and provide assistance.

Attractive By Gardner
The blue mason jars are attractive in my garden. Easy to clean. I won't buy them again because as you may notice the metal rim around the top is very close to the top of the glass. It is almost impossible to hook the humming bird feeder to a Shepard's hook. You need to buy an additional small hook to hang the feeder to anything.

Luv my birds By Mary386
The hummingbird feeder must be a winner. Just saw two hummingbirds fighting over who can and who cannot feed from it. :)

Q.Where can I buy the mason jar bird waterer only? I bought the metal base from TTC some time ago and I want to hang my birds water but, I cant find the jar only with hanging metal hook at the bottom when I turn upside down. I don't want canning jars with hanging handle! I want the bird water jar only with metal handle? Thank you very much.

The only Mason Jar Wild Bird Waterer we currently have available is the model 783. Please click on the link below to be directed to this feeder.

Q.Can I buy the waterer alone? Didn't see it on the page. Did I missed it?

The Perky-Pet® Mason Jar Wild Bird Waterer (model 783) can be purchased separately. Please click on the above link to view the product page.

Q.Can the bases be purchased separate?

We apologize, however, replacement parts are not available for the feeder or waterer. They are covered under a one year warranty. Please feel free to contact our Consumer Relations Team at 1-855-PERKYPET (1-855-737-5973) for additional assistance.
