Q.The bottom does not hold the nectar, it drips. The base goes on tight but will not tighten with the twist .Would it have been better to have it screw on ?
A.

If you find that your feeder is leaking, we recommend making sure your feeder is protected from the wind will help prevent leaks. You should also protect it from the sun, since liquid expands as it gets warmer. Other tips to consider:

  • Disassemble the feeder and then re-assemble it
  • For bottom fill feeders, quickly invert the feeder upright after filling
  • For top fill feeders, thread the lid onto the bottle tightly

Q.I have many feeder similar or equal to bb210pb. I also have others approx. twelve in total, but the birds are partial to the bb210pb. I order three new ones from Kmart but when I received them they were not what I order, but kept anyway. I cannot find a store that handles the bb210pb anymore. I have purchased many at approx. $16-$18 dollars. My question is, why are the feeders on your website three times the price in the stores.
A.

We do not undercut our retailers. Pricing may vary between the different retailers who carry our products.

Q.I love this feeder because it is so easy to keep clean. What is the secret to putting it back together so it doesn't leak?
A.

When reassembling this feeder, place the top half of the base over the bottom half, then tightly secure the bottle to the base.
