I have used this feeder for years. i have six in use at all times. Buy at Walmart for best price. Not always happy with performance but best value. Takes and performance issues...
--Size is perfect. Wouldn't want larger size as nectar would spoil.
--Bees remain present but Hummers work through it. Non issue.
--Occasionally I get some leakage were bottom feeder screws into glass vessel. I use a PVC water tape and it solves problem.
--Older feeders fail in two areas, 1...Top plastic loop breaks. 2...top plastic unit cracks making connection to glass vessel impossible.
I will continue to use and buy this feeder.

hey are very easy to take apart and put together and clean so no complaints lots and lots of hummingbirds ...
all three are attached to deck clamp- hooks along with numerous other perky pet hummingbird feeders
They leak leak leak!!!!! Worst hummingbird feeder we have ever owned...what a waste of money....we r going to try to figure out something to fix the slow leak. Normally I wouldn't say such horrible things about one of your products but this one is awful....so sorry but the honest truth!!!!!
I like the idea behind the design; easy to take apart and clean and keeps bees and ants out. But it leaks nectar around the flowers. The bottle seals well with the base; but the pool inside the flower leaks at the stem. I can take the bottle off, fill the base and watch it slow drip. I tried sealing it with teflon tape but to no avail. Not worth the hassle.

I bought two of these to defeat the bees that suddenly started swarming my other feeders. They almost work. You have to invert these to fill and then right them to hang. If you are not very careful some nectar will spill. Even rinsing the with a light spray will not clean the spill and bees will attack. Sometimes there are only a few but sometimes they mass on the "bee proof" ports and attack the hummers. See photo. This is not the bee resistant feeder you are looking for. Thank goodness the hummers know how to dance to avoid the stings while feeding!
We are sorry to hear about your experience! For best results, we recommend hanging the feeder in the shade as well as out of high traffic or windy areas. Relocating the feeder for just a few days, then hanging it in a slightly different location will help break up the bee's memory of where it is and it could take them a while to find it again. You may also want to try and reduce the ratio of sugar in your hummingbird nectar by adding extra water. By making the nectar less attractive to bees, they will move on. Your hummingbirds have a much longer memory and will stick around!

I wish they had put a washer in for I fear it will again leak out. However, so far so good. Thank you so much for replacing my feeder. My husband and I love watching the hummingbirds.
I've had 3 or 4 of these feeders and the all leak from the firse fill up. I kept buying this one because it is the only perky pet feeder my local stores carry. Not happy at all!

Have had the pinch waist feeders for years. My daughter got me 2 new ones for Xmas. We were so excited that they now have a wide mouth feeder…but it is awful. Leaks from the time you hang it. Drips out at the bottom of all four flowers on both of them. A real waste of money. Don’t buy this one. Would like to hear from someone about this.
