Review RateLEAKS ALL THE TIME!
I have purchased 6 of these feeders and other similar designs over the last 2 years. All but 1 leaks immediately after I put it outside, which then leads to an ant problem. Have called customer service for support and I'm always told how and where I am supposed to be using them and placing them etc. I asked them why after all the negative reviews about their products "leaking" they do not fix the problem. Instead they want to say it is "user error"...really? I asked if they offer some type of customer appreciation discount to satisfy our disappointment in their products, and the answer is a big "NO". Don't waste your money! I will be purchasing fom a different company, which I should have done this 5 feeders ago. Good bye Perky pet!Response From Perky-Pet®Jennifer : Consumer Relations Representative
