This feeder is the one to buy, it has no flaws in design. The more narrow version of this is harder to fill and the plastic feeding ports are not secure so certain birds and animals can remove those ports and all the seed falls to the ground.

We have been satisfied with every aspect of this feeder. EXCEPT we, like more than HALF the reviews below, have had the Flexport feeder hole covers destroyed or worn out. We are down to two feeder holes left.
PLEASE! make the Flexport replacements available for purchase.
Simply put, if we are able to replace the Flexports we would seriously consider buying another unit, maybe two. If the Flexports aren't available by the time the last two on the feeder wear out, we will toss the feeder in the trash and never buy another one of your products.
Why can't your Product Management Team get this figured out?

Great feeder until a smart small squirrel managed to hang on, chew the lower part of the flexport seal frame and extract the silicon seal. Now I have a seed fountain feeder. This is the second feeder where a "part" is all thats needed to fix a wonderful bird feeder. How sad perky pet cant sell replacement parts but will replace the whole thing if damaged in the first year.

Nice feeder but the flex ports broke after a few months, spilling the seed out. They do not have replacement flex ports. I would not buy this feeder again
Flexports don't last.

I love this feeder, but the last one you sent me only lasted one week before one of the flexports was damaged by the birds

This is a great bird feeder and stops most of the squirrel activity. I purchased two of them and they have worked great for just over a year, but now the flexports have been reduced to a big hole allowing seed just drops straight to the floor.
I would give this 5 stars if you could replace the flexports but as it is you just need to throw away after a year and replace. Suggest buying something with a greater lifespan

A great produce and we have really enjoyed bird watching. You MUST be sure to hang it away from anything a squirrel can get on. We ended up 8 feet and the squirrels can't get to it.
