Are their replacement parts for the Squrril- Be -Gone?? My Flexy ports dry rotted or eaten or torn by the birds! Food Falls to the Ground! Thank You! There are four of them!!

The plastic ports that hold the feed are broken and I have only had this feeder since Mothers Day. Can I return to store for a refund or can you replace these ports? The feed just falls out on the ground as soon as I put it in the feeder

The wire for the perkypet squirrel be gone feeder broke (chewed through by squirrels? or other animals?)

reconsider as to have to replace the whole unit for a simple wire with the locking button is wasteful/
might encourage you to make substandard products if NO REPLACEMENT PARTS are available!

We currently do not offer individual replacement parts (like the hanging wire and locking button) for the Perky-Pet® Squirrel-Be-Gone Max Bird Feeder because the feeder and its components are sold as a complete unit.
That said, your suggestion to offer replacement parts is appreciated and will be shared with the product team for consideration.
