Where can I find replacement rubber washers to adjust the height of the dome for my feeder? I can no longer adjust it because the tiny elastic washer is gone. Would a rubberband work? My bluebirds, wrens, chickadees LOVED this little feeder because it was perfect for JUST them... but now the mockingbirds claimed their ownership Thanks!

My X-1 Droll Yankee Domed seed saver feeder has had the tray completely destroyed by squirrels! It no longer holds seed. I was told on 4-23-25 that parts are no longer stocked, but that the feeder has a lifetime warranty. Unfortunately the feeder was not in stock on April 23, but that I would get a return call with when it would be available. No return call. I returned the call today and your rep, Monica, said to log in and explain the issue. Now I have done that. My phone number is (919) 594-2403(mobile). I look forward to a return call or email.
