I need replacement soft port nectar flowers product #6584217862333 and I can't find them anywhere. I bought them last year and I have an order number but they don't seem to exist anymore on your website or on Amazon.

While we do not offer direct sales on our site, you may be able to find replacements from other retailers such as Amazon. We are working to have more parts available on Amazon and recommend checking back periodically.

Where is the link to the replacement parts? The purple silicone flower centers has rotted away.

I have purchased this birdfeeder. I am having trouble opening it to put more sugar solution into it. I need instructions, please.

Thank you for reaching out! Soak feeder in luke warm water. Be advised if the area where the feeder is located is heated, nectar has to be replaced more often as well as cleaned.

I cannot get it unscrewed to clean it out and add more nectar. Which way does it unscrew? There are no arrows on the device and traditional counterclockwise is not working!
Question by: Charlotte Krayenbuhl on Apr 24, 2025, 8:44 PM
Thank you for reaching out.
The feeder is designed to unscrew counterclockwise. If you're having difficulty opening it, it's possible that it was overtightened during initial setup. We recommend soaking the feeder in warm (not hot) water for a few minutes to help loosen the seal.
After soaking, try twisting it counterclockwise again using a soft cloth or towel to get a better grip. This should help you open it without damaging the feeder.
