I'm so excited to have this feeder, I've bought several from your line of hummingbird feeders and haven't had any issues. The only thing I can see that might need to be added is resting perches. I've made some with pipe cleaners and my birds seem to be thanking me, lol. Keep up the good work and I'll continue to purchase more.

very pretty but it leaks. the base piece the bottle screws into leaked at the very center of the bottom. I thought it was leaking around the seal made when screwing the bottle to the base so when I tried to fill it again i turned the bottle a little tighter and the base broke on the bottom piece where the bottle attaches to the base.

Used it for one summer, metal started to rust and then the plastic bottom cracked.

I want to feed the finches, and not feed the pigeons here in Las Vegas. The Preserve is doing that job nicely, but I had to modify your design slightly to give the finches room to get through the cage. For both bottom perches, I used wire cutters to remove an X shape (see the photo) to let the finches in. The pigeons still try to get the food, but they can’t reach it. Now I have a Model 735 Preserve that is pigeon-proof!

It’s a beautiful piece but I can’t clean the inside of it. The flower petals have held up well but they are also impossible to clean between the two layers of the petals.

I really do love this feeder, such a neat design with red bottle. It really attracts the hummingbirds very well, and looks beautiful. Unfortunately I have had this feeder only one year and one of the port's rubber (or whatever material) part of the port has disintegrated. Only giving 3 stars because you don't sell replacement ports for this feeder, would have easily spent the $ on more.

Why would you make a product and not sell replacement parts!?! I am so disappointed that they do not sell the replacement flowers or the replacement bottom. I have purchased 2 one for my front yard and one for the back; both are missing feeding flowers and have rusted.

I have this model and after a year the red started peeling off the glass. Not that big of a deal, the real problem I have with this is that the metal part is rusting. The flowers are falling off, and I cannot use the rusty metal for the hummingbirds to drink from. I scrubbed the metal and have considered painting with rustoleum but I would rather just not have rusty parts to begin with. Do you provide replacement parts that don't rust? I can't really repurpose the bottle, either. I want to be mindful of cost and the environment. If the feeders don't have replaceable parts that don't rust, I can't give these a good rating.

The best!! I’ve had this feeder for several years. Never peeled, never rusted. I like it because the “flowers” are metal and don’t break. When changing the water, just rinse, don’t scrub. I never leave it out in the winter. The hummingbirds come back early spring looking for it. That’s my cue to get it back out. We enjoy watching the hummingbirds every evening.

The hummingbirds seem to favor this shape and are always delighted when they are refilled.
