i have 9 of your best hummer feeder and love the larger opening and the 2 piece base that makes cleaning easy. Recently the small where you attach the s hook broke. I was wondering if it is possible to get a new top piece.

Thank you for reaching out to us! We regret to inform you that, at this time, we do not offer replacement parts for our products.

I understand that you do not carry replacement parts. Where can I purchase replacement parts for the 30 ounce hummingbird feeder? I have multiple feeders and the wrap-around perches continually break. I tape them back together, but that is not a great solution. Your product would be more desirable if it did not require replacement of the entire feeder when the plastic parts fail.

Hi, thank you so much for your question. We're so sorry to hear that you're not happy with this. Unfortunately, we do not sell replacement parts for any of our feeders. Our feeders come with a 1-year warranty, and you can call us at 1-855-737-5973 for further assistance.

I am disappointed that replacement parts cannot be purchased.
Since I have to buy a whole new feeder, have William Miller or Lorin Brown reach out to me. They can have my plastic parts since the neighbor kid broke my glass at the end of last season.

Will replacement parts be available in the future to eliminate adding more plastic waste to the world?

I just bought this hummingbird feeder a couple weeks ago at Menards. I really like that it has a wide mouth and the built in ant mote. After it was out a couple of days I had a male hummingbird visit and drink from it, I thought. Maybe he just tried. Since then I have not seen anymore. So then I was concerned that the birds cannot get to the nectar. So I brought it in and experimented with new nectar. When you first fill it and turn it over, it seems the nectar is not fullly getting into the reservoir. So I checked it with just water without the perch on it. It seems when you screw on the reservoir and then turn over the feeder the liquid is not fully going into the reservoir. So as it was still in this position, I slowly unscrewed it from the base. This allowed air to get released and in turn it released more nectar. Is this a problem with this certain feeder and have you had any other complaints about this happening?

Thank you very much for contacting us. It would be our pleasure to assist you.

We understand you're having issues with nectar not flowing properly in your new hummingbird feeder. This may be due to a tight seal that prevents air from entering and creating the necessary vacuum.

We recommend turning the feeder over quickly after filling and ensuring the ports aren’t blocked. Slightly loosening the base can also help release air and improve nectar flow.
