How do I buy replacement parts for the diamond wine top-fill glass hummingbird feeder? A racoon removed one of the flowers and would like to replace it.

I just purchased a Diamond Wine feeder. How do you clean feeder base? The top and bottom of the base appear to be riveted together. How do you make sure there is no mold in the feeder base when there is no way to get a brush in there?
