How do I assemble double decker?

Thank you for your question about the Perky-Pet® Double Decker Hummingbird Feeder!
To assemble the feeder:
Unpack all parts – You should have two nectar reservoirs, a base with feeding ports, and a hanger.
Attach the bottom reservoir to the base by twisting it securely into place.
Stack the top reservoir on top of the bottom one. It should align and twist into place above the lower bottle.
Ensure all parts are tightly sealed to prevent leaking.
Fill with nectar before attaching the reservoirs to the base for easier handling.

Can the flowers & perches be removed for cleaning? The image showing it disassembled still has the flowers attached to the base, so just wondering!

does the Perky-Pet double decker humming bird feeder have double-sealed lids. I have had 4 different humming bird feeders which have leaked. I need one which doesn’t.
