I just purchased 2 of these feeders, as I love that they are smaller since I bring them in every night. However, I can't get the doors to stay open, I tried just taking them out, but then the food just flows out on the ground.

This feeder features a unique adjustable port design that allows you to switch between serving mixed seed or Nyjer seed. To keep the doors open, simply flip the ports open to serve mixed or sunflower seed. If you're using Nyjer seed, flip the ports closed. Removing the doors entirely will cause the seed to spill out, so it's important to use the built-in adjustment feature.
