How do you take this apart to clean it?

Hello Adam, Seed feeders should be cleaned every two weeks. Remove old seed. Use a mild soap and water solution to clean your feeder. Rinse thoroughly. Allow the feeder to air dry completely. Hand wash only - do not clean in a dishwasher.

Sirs; Several years ago I bought a birdfeeder model 7103-2. I broke it. I can't find it on the website. Do you still sell it? I was looking at this two tier panorama feeder. It looks good. This Feeder is designed for hanging and does not include a pole mount.

How do I remove the top tier to get to the inside of the bottom tier? Soaking does not clean the bottom tube.

Thank you for contacting us. Regarding your question, you should submerge the feeder in mild soap and water, then use a soft brush to clean any hard-to-reach areas. Allow it to air dry completely before reuse. Do not place the feeder in the dishwasher.
