I bought your pineapple humming bird feeder, and when I got it home, it didn't have the lid in the box. How do I get you to send me one?

Unfortunately, we do not offer replacement seals or other individual parts.
However, if your feeder is less than one year old, it would still be covered under our warranty. In that case, we’d be happy to assist you with a replacement. Please let us know if you’d like help starting a warranty claim!

Do you have replacement flowers for the pineapple feeder. Do you have any in red, my hummers seem to be more attracted to the red.

Thank you for your question! At this time, we do not offer replacement flowers for the Perky-Pet Pineapple Top-Fill Hummingbird Feeder 28 oz.
We understand that hummingbirds are often more attracted to red accents, but replacement ports or flowers in red are not available for this specific model.
If the feeder is still fully functional, you can continue using it as designed. The built-in feeding ports are already made to attract hummingbirds, even without additional replacement parts.

The Perky-Pet® Pineapple Top-Fill Hummingbird Feeder already includes built-in bee-resistant feeding ports, so separate bee guards are not offered specifically for this model.
