Surprised to see poor reviews.

Surprised to see poor reviews. I love mine and haven’t had any issues. I find the red flowers attract the hummers best and love the way the glass pineapple design catches the sunlight.

Bought this through Walmart. On June 4th 2023. Been using about 1 month. Love the top fill feature. Would love to know where to get replacemnt yellow flowers, as they won't stay in and keep falling out. I would also make the lid more sealed ,as rain water gets in the feed. Very nicely made. Mostly glass and metal.

Frustrated - Just purchased feeder, easy to clean but cannot separate the bottom parts (the metal parts) no matter how much we try to turn or unscrew it. is there a trick to opening it to enable me to finish cleaning it before filling and putting it out?
Zero stars if possible.

Zero stars if possible. Brought it home from the store, filled it up, it leaked all the nectar out while sitting flat on a railing out of direct sunlight.

Thank you for this feedback. We are sorry to hear that your feeder is leaking. When filling a feeder, it is important to ensure that the base and bottle are tightened so they are snug. We also suggest hanging the feeder in a shaded location, free of wind and direct sunlight. As the sun warms up the nectar inside the bottle, the liquid will expand, which can cause some to leak. If the area is overly windy, the feeder will tilt, disrupting the vacuum inside the feeder, allowing the nectar to pour out. It has a one year replacement policy. Reach out to us via the Contact Us page for additional assistance.

why is the base discoloring after cleaning feeder?

Love this feeder!! The hummers do too!!
Not happy with the corrosion which contaminated the nectar to the point birds would not feed.

The Pineapple replaced our Perky-Pet Cactus Hummingbird feeder which corroded on the inside of the base. We requested replacement of the Cactus feeder. But, were told that it was out of stock thus the lower cost Pineapple feeder was sent.
A dripping faucet!

A dripping faucet! Hung them up, filled them up, and within 2 hours they were empty … Hummingbird liquid all over the porch. Liquid leaked out from the fake flowers like they were a dripping faucet.

We are sorry to hear that this is occurring with your feeders! Making sure your feeders are protected from the wind will help prevent leaks. You should also protect them from the sun, since liquid expands as it gets warmer. If the feeders continue to leak after trying these tips and tricks, it is good to know that they are covered under a 30-day return policy and a 1-year replacement policy. Please give us a call directly at 855-737-5973 for assistance.

Great Hummer Feeder
Mar 3, 2022
At first I did not like the color of the pineapple, but the hummers LOVE it; though that could be my homemade nectar. Easy to clean and roomy, and much easier to fill compared to bottom fill styles. Also much easier to add more nectar if level gets low before it is time to clean. I like the top gasket and put a bit of water in it, which they often drink. Seems like the hummers prefer "foot rests" on all feeders, so have changed all mine out for these. Have five active feeders and the hummers have been here all winter. Have a red dome atop all my hummer feeders to protect from rain etc. They all "talk" to me when I am taking the feeders down to clean or putting them back up. In fact, sometimes they come in to drink while I am carrying them back to hang up, and look me right in the eye while I a talk to them, which makes me very happy!

Very eye appealing addition to my other feeders but the hummingbirds don't like it. Must be the yellow color. The birds flock to the red feeders.
