There were no instructions in the package with the feeder and I’m not able to get the bottom piece in. Is there a video or other instruction available for this?

Hi, thank you so much for your question! It sounds like the feeding ports need to be inserted through the top of the bottom piece. To help you out, here’s a simple step-by-step guide:
Insert each feeding port up through the hole in the top of the bottom piece—make sure they align properly.
Align and attach the bottom part by twisting or snapping it into place depending on your feeder’s design.
Check for secure fit: properly assembled parts should not be loose or wobbly
