Droll Yankees® Jagunda® Squirrel-Proof Bird Feeder with Auger - 6 lb
Model
JG-A-M
I recently purchased the Jagunda Squirrel proof bird feed with auger. I an not able to assemble it and the instructions are not super clear. The Collet Insert piece does not easily slide onto any of the poles. Am I doing something wrong ?? Is there an assembly video you can send a link to by any chance as I have not found any online.
Thank you !
Thank you !

Unfortunately, we do not have a video that shows the installation. If you are having problems with the collet insert piece, try turning it the other way. The threaded side should be facing up. If you need further assistance, please feel free to call our representatives at 1-800-352-9164.

I wonder if a collet for another feeder is being supplied with this unit. There's no way it will go on. I see no way it would even fit. The instruct in the Q&A doesn't remotely address the problem.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We understand your concern regarding the collet and its compatibility with your unit.
To clarify, no other feeder within our brand is supplied with a collet. The unit you have purchased should be compatible as-is, without the need for additional parts.
If you're experiencing difficulty assembling the unit or if the collet does not fit as expected, we recommend reviewing the user manual carefully. Should the issue persist, please provide us with photos or details of the problem so we can assist you further.
