Can I get replacement springs? One has rusted and the feeder stays closed now. I disassembled and cleaned the drainage holes. This may be why the end of one spring rusted off. If you don't sell parts, can you please give me the manufacturer's contact info? Thanks kindly!

How do I clean this feeder? Seeds have become lodged in the bottom and will not shake out. Does the feeder come apart?

Hi Gary, the feeder cannot be taken apart, you can clean it using warm soapy water.

To fill the feeder, please follow these steps:
1. Remove the locking metal roof by gently squeezing the plastic tabs located beneath the rim and lifting the roof off.
2. Pour seed into the wide opening at the top of the feeder.
3. Reattach the roof by aligning it with the feeder opening and pressing down until you hear a click, ensuring it securely locks onto the plastic tabs. Your feeder is now ready to hang.

I know they have springs because they come with new bird feeders.
I don't want to have to build replacement springs myself, please help.
its a great feeder but needs a little maintenance to make it the preferred feeder long term.
