Expensive price for a glass feeder and then use cheap rubber parts that fall apart. I take my feeder apart and wash every time I refill it. The little piece that the flower attaches to before it is inserted into the base of the feeder is junk.

We are sorry to hear that! Replacement parts are not available separately for our feeders. They are covered under a 1-year replacement policy however. Please use the "Contact Us" link on our website to get in touch with us directly for warranty assistance.
Product leaks. To repair I shaved off some plastic as shown on my sketch. ( see attached photos.)

This is the best hummingbird feeder we have ever used. It is very easy to clean and fill. It is very durable. We have used ours for 3 or 4 seasons. You can remove all the plastic and put the glass in the dishwasher. It is very easy to clean all the parts. We have 30-50 hummingbirds. It feeds 7 at a time.

I really like these feeders-primarily due to the design of the bottles. They’re easy to clean and fill. However, I need new feeder tops. They were mistakenly put in the dishwasher and are now misshapen. Are replacement parts available?
Not so good

Best feeder ever

I and the hummers have enjoyed this feeder for a number of years. This past August a cat attempted to catch the birds and instead got the feeder causing it to fall and break both the feeder top and ant guard. Oddly the glass jar was unscathed. Can I purchase replacement parts for the feeder? I don't see them on your site. Thanks
Simply the BEST

This feeder is the best! I%E2%80%99ve been feeding hummingbirds for 20+ years- and I have finally found my favorite. Large capacity%3B easy to fill and even easier to CLEAN. There are many feeders on the market and many are beautiful%2C but with the narrow neck they are hard to keep clean. This feeder has a wide mouth making cleaning easy and thorough. %0D%0AIf I had two suggestions for improvement they would be a slightly larger ant moat (I live in sunny CA and the water evaporates very quickly in the summer heat)%3B and the other suggestion for improvement would be a stronger hook. Other than that I give it 5 stars and I own 4 of them!
MOST USER-FRIENDLY MODEL EVER!!

I have been feeding hummingbirds for over 30 years and this is the first feeder that isn't annoying to work with. The base and opening has a wide-mouth, so easy to wash, fill, and work with. It holds exactly 1 quart, so easy to make multiple quart jars of nectar and keep the waiting ones in the refrigerator if the birds are going through it quickly. In the winter we don't use the little flower bee guards (no bugs) so there's less to clean and birds can share a perch and hole if they'd like. Even with the hook on (we keep it from slipping off by using a small piece of packaging tape), it easily sits on it's top so It is easy to add nectar, and can sit upside down with the feed tray on until we take it outside to hang. We own four, use two at a time so that it's easy to rotate in a clean, full feeder, and we've given away probably 10 of these as gifts. Everyone give us the same feedback. One person initially told us no thank you as she had 5 or 6 all sitting in her garage, waiting to be cleaned, which she dreaded. I insisted she try it. She loves this feeder. The pix I attached are of one of the feeders on the protected side of the house during a blizzard. The temps were so cold that the nectar would freeze in about 2 hours which is why it looks "slushy" (and was changed out after the photos were taken). That feeder started out full 2 hours earlier. There were 14 birds on it at one point with more waiting. We just kept changing them out. Our feeders are used throughout the year. The ant guard keeps out ants and earwigs in the summer. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would.
