Unique Top-Fill Design for Easy Filling
No more messes and no more spills! Our unique feeder features patented Top-Fill technology so that filling is never a hassle. Simply remove the lid and pour 16 oz of nectar into the wide-mouth opening to get your feeder up and running – there’s no need to invert the bottle!
Feeding Ports Inspired by Nature
Hummingbirds are accustomed to imbibing nectar from flowers. That’s why we’ve developed this feeder with soft, flexible zinnia-inspired feeding ports to offer a more natural look and feel. The vibrant red color and realistic flower shape are perfect for attracting hummers, while the five ports ensure there’s enough room for multiple birds to dine simultaneously.
Naturally Keeps Out Bees
With this feeder, there’s no need for an added bee guard. The specially designed feeding ports feature a long “stem” that prevents bees from gaining access to the nectar, while hummingbirds will have no trouble at all! It’s a natural way of keeping out pesky bees without adding extra parts for you to clean.
Gasket Prevents Leaks
If you’ve ever walked outside to find drops of nectar on the ground from a leaky hummingbird feeder, you know how frustrating it can be. Issues like those are exactly why we’ve created this feeder with a gasket in the base. It creates a nice tight seal so there’s no more leaks!
Note: Feeders may loosen during shipment. Before filling for the first time, tighten the bottle onto the base to ensure no leaking.
Comes Apart for Easy Cleaning
Hummingbirds prefer to visit fresh, clean feeding stations. To make that easier, this feeder disassembles for effortless cleaning. Easily separate the base, bottle and lid. You can even pull apart the base and remove the feeding ports! Remember to clean your feeder at least once per week with a mild soap and water solution to prevent mildew buildup; clean more often in hot weather.

Perky-Pet® Lavender Field Top-Fill Glass Hummingbird Feeder
This is my very favorite feeder. Easy top fill. Glass with some plastic. I use smaller amounts of sugar water so that I can clean it often. So this size is great. It's important to keep a clean feeder. I love the bee guards. Even when there was ice outside, there was no problem with the feeder. It did not break, so I have used it year round. When it's that cold, I do usually take it inside overnight. It's just a really good hummingbird feeder. Great quality.
Just put this feeder out full and within 10 minutes it had drained to 1/4. I understand how a float valve is suppose to work but the one on this feeder is not holding. I really like the look and the whole premise of this feeder. Am I over looking something? please advise.
Thanks,George

Can you explain why the hummingbirds avoid this feeder. They empty my others, but ignore this one.
Question by: Georgia on May 18, 2025, 4:36 PM
Thank you very much for contacting us.
Hummingbirds may avoid the feeder due to its location, unfamiliar design, spoiled nectar, or issues like leaking or air bubbles. If other feeders are preferred, they might ignore this one. Try moving the feeder, refreshing the nectar, and checking for leaks.
