poor poor quality roof is coming off the layer are falling off since they are not properly stapled to the base. I purhased the bird feeder the through SAM'S club. This will be my third attempt to attach the shingles to the birdhouse.
Feeder is well designed, good materials and the birds swarm all over it it.

due to somewhat sloppy fit, Be prepared to reassemble parts of feeder so it will function as designed. Fun afternoon project definitely worth the effort.

We love this bird feeder. We have found ways to thwart the squirrels and have been successful. Now, they just hang out on the ground below the feeder and pick up the scraps! Our only issue is with the window inserts. They have clouded over to the point where they are no longer transparent - making it difficult to monitor the food level. Hopefully, this can be remedied.

A tremendous success with a lot of birds

Bought this about a year ago. It has been a tremendous success with cardinals, bluejays, woodpeckers and a lot of other small specie birds. Would have gave 5 stars except the "shingles" keep coming loose and falling off. They were stapled on from underneath the plywood. As a result the plywood is warping. Debating on replacing or rebuilding as we love the design. Feeding a fruit / nut mix with cups of additional black sunflower seed mixed in.

This is a cute feeder. I love the chapel design and the design on the slats of the feeder. Slats slide out easily for cleaning the feeder. The finches and chickadees all flock to it. I would buy it again.

I purchased this one for the fact you can put up to 4lbs of feed at one time thats awesome, the down side is the squirrels love it and those rascals has figured out how to raise the glass windows up and scoop out the seeds. The look and quality is nice.
