Reviews for Perky-Pet® Pinch Waist Glass Hummingbird Feeder

I purchased this 16 oz. feeder last year at Walmart. I hoped it would be a great addition to my other smaller feeders. I filled it up as soon as I saw my first hummingbird visiting one of my feeders on May 10th of this year 2025. I put it out after reassembling it after filling it. I looked out about 2 hour later, and it was completely empty. I thought I had tightened the bottom section as instructed, but apparently not. So, after wasting all of that liquid hummingbird food, I filled it up with water and tightened up all of the parts and set it in my kitchen sink. It still leaked continuously to my disappointment. So, I cannot use this (more expensive) feeder at all. If you have any suggestions to help with this problem, I would appreciate the advice.

Fabulous but need a new top! I've purchased 4 of these over as many years. The hummingbirds in my yard love them. Currently only 2 can be used. The other 2, the plastic tops have dried and cracked over time. Is there any way I can purchase just the plastic tops with the hanger?

EXCHANGED A LEAKER FOR A LEAKER!!!!

I love this hummingbird feeder - as do the two types of hummers we get here (and a few other birds that are attracted to the sugar water, as well). Have never had leakage problems on the 6 that are in the yard by summers end - start with 1 in the yard in spring and gradually add the others. And so easy to clean. Definitely will keep using these.

I love my new hummingbird feeder. It is large and requires less refills!!!

We decided to buy this feeder at our local garden shop after seeing a hummingbird in our back yard. Very shortly after we hung it up, the little fellows were attracted. There have been numerous visits since, though just by one bird at a time. Obviously there is something right going on, though we hope to see multiple visitors.

Have had no problems with these feeders. Have been using them for several years. I’ve put other types of hummingbird feeders out and the birds definitely prefer this type. Four for the price of three is a great deal!

Our 16 oz popular glass pinch-waist hummingbird feeders glass refill bottle has broken and would be nice if had replacement bottle for the feeder I have only had for 6 months.
