14 Ounce Capacity & 2 Feeding Stations - Holding up to 14 ounces of nectar, this hummingbird feeder features a transparent, tempered-glass reservoir and a bright-red base that will capture the attention of hummingbirds. The inviting design includes two sculpted-flower feeding stations, each with a perch for comfortable dining.

Sturdy Suction Cup for Window Mounting - Suction cup included to attach the feeder to any clean, dry, outside window. Hummingbirds galore! By Terry the grump
Not your average hummingbird feeder! It's made of heavy duty glass, not plastic. There are two STRONG suction cups to hold it on an outside window, and it doesn't leak! What more could you want to watch the little hummers from close up?

Too heavy for suction cups By Lvsbirds
The glass feeder is so heavy that it falls off the window because the suction cups can't keep it in place. It fell off the window three times but at least the glass didn't break. We are going to try to make a hanger for it to prevent it from falling again.

We apologize for this experience and appreciate the time taken to provide this feedback.

When mounting this feeder to a window, it is important to first clean the glass so that it is free of dust and debris. We also recommend adding a drop of water to the inside of the suction cup and pressing it firmly to the window, creating a vacuum seal.

Please give our Consumer Relations Team a call at 1-855-PERKYPET (1-855-737-5973) with additional questions.

Hello Genevieve,

We apologize for this experience and appreciate the time taken to provide this feedback.

After making sure the window area is clean, we recommend placing a drop of water in each suction cup before firmly placing on the window. This will provide a stronger vacuum seal.

Feel free to contact our Consumer Relations Team at 1-855-PERKYPET (1-855-737-5973) with any additional questions.

Needs to be in a protected area By Instant
This feeder needs protection from windy areas as the glass bottle breaks easily! I have gone through 2 of these feeders this month. Wish the bottle were plastic.
Response From Perky-Pet®
Patty : Consumer Relations Representative
All of our hummingbird feeders be placed in an area of little to no wind, as hummingbirds prefer to feed in calm environments. On particularly windy days, they may need to be removed temporarily.

We apologize for this experience and appreciate the feedback. Feel free to contact our Consumer Relations Team at 1-855-PERKYPET (1-855-737-5973) with any additional questions.

Q.It has been really cold and I wonder if the feeder would fall off the window with temperature changes. Below the window is a cement walkway and I don't want it to fall and break the glass. Should I wait for warmer temperatures?

We recommend removing hummingbird feeders when the temperature drops into the 40s or below. When the window becomes cold, the suction cups may not adhere well.

Q.Have a window mount hummingbird feeder and the bees have taken over. Any solutions?

We recommend removing the window feeder for a few days, cleaning it, and then putting it back up. By removing the food source, the bees will move on to a different one.

Q.Is there any way I can just order the base for the garden song window feeder. I have a few of the glass jars but the bases have gotten broke.

Currently, replacement bases are not available, we apologize. Our Product Managers are always working to have additional parts available, thank you for this valuable feedback.
