Review RateGreat that I was able to order replacement flower feeding ports...
These little flower replacements really do the job! I had a few that were broken or cracked and was glad to be able to order replacement parts. Thanks!
We have 7 feeders and lots of bees and wasps and these guards are helping control it. We are so pleased to see that these are available.
Review RateVery satisfied
These worked great but I don't think the bees liked them. Before they were keeping hummies away till I put these on.
Works great and I was well pleased.
The Bee guards did the trick. They worked just like they are supposed.
Works just fine as a replacement, although like the originals they are tedious to clean.
Review RateBirds don't like the bee guards!!!!!
Bring back the hummingbird replacement flowers without bee guards (202-F)!!!!!Response From Perky-Pet®Patty : Consumer Relations Representative
We apologize for the experience and appreciate the feedback. This will be shared with our Product Managers.
Birds are creatures of habit and can take some time to get used to a change. To aid in this transition, we recommend temporarily taking down any other established feeders. Hummingbirds have long bills and tongues that can reach deep into flowers to find nectar. Our feeders are designed to provide a similar experience for the hummingbirds.

Review Rateneed to be modified
The birds prefer. the original flowers without the over-engineered bee guards. These can be used, but the birds will visit more often if the flower center is ground off or drilled out. I run 16 feeders daily. The original feeders are visited more ofter by far.Response From Perky-Pet®Patty : Consumer Relations Representative

Review RateMaking it Work.
I purchased the Replacement Flower Feeding Ports for my #209 Perky Pet Hummingbird Feeder. While the 209 is listed in the website product description as compatible, when I received the replacement flowers the 209 was not listed on the package. What to do? I tried putting one of the flowers into the port hole and it would not go in. I took a look and realized with some slight trimming of the port hole, the flower might "snap" into place as noted on the directions. I used a work knife and removed a tiny amount of plastic from the bottom of one port hole. The flower snapped into place. I did the same for the remaining holes and then washed the base of the feeder to remove any bits of plastic that might have fallen in to the base. After that I snapped the remaining flowers into the holes. Problem solved and my feeder looks like new.
Review RateThe new guards work for me.
The bee guards fit my old style 209 feeder. They are loose in the hole but because of their design are more difficult for the Acorn Woodpeckers to dislodge. I will continue to replace my old style bee guards with the new style as the old ones fail.
