Black plug kept falling out of the tray

The black plug for the seed tray kept falling out. After several times I could not find the plug on the ground so I can't use the tray. Wish I could find a replacement part.

My Classic B-Series Silver Sunflower Bird Feeder, 2.5 lb capacity, is not complete without the seed tray.

I received this fun bird feeder for Mother's Day, Model OM-T. Unfortunately, the tray fell off of the feeder tube today. I left a message for someone to call me back and am waiting to see if I get a response. I gave it 3 stars because it has worked well until now.
They need to be wider

They used to be 12" . . . they should be at least that wide, if not more.

We’re just beginning to use it, so it’s to early to write a review.
But we are pleased by its clever, functional design.
We were not pleased by the delivery system: The promised notification-of-shipment never showed up, so the feeder arrived unannounced at the end of 10 days. It would’ve been nice to know that it was coming
Bird Feeder Tray

A tray is definitely needed but it should be a bit larger - say 24 inches in diameter. I still have a net underneath the tray that is 24 inches across - that I was using before I got the tray - and it still captures a fair amount of seed. I was hoping that I could abandon the net but it does not seem so?

We LOVE these seed trays! They catch the seeds that some birds drop and other larger birds can enjoy sitting along the tray. We enjoy watching so many more birds of various sizes and the lack of messy seeds on the ground/patio below.

Your website was not very clear on what feeder the tray would fit on, we have your brand but not exact product but we were able to make it work. Should be sold together so this would have not been necessary.

Raccoons broke my last one, this one is a replacement, and I’m sure they will wreck this one too.
