Perky-Pet® Dew Drop Hummingbird Feeder
The dew drop shape of this eye-catching feeder will remind you of summer mornings when the grass is wet from fresh, cleansing dew.
The Perky-Pet® Dew Drop Plastic Hummingbird Feeder features three feeding ports and holds 32 ounces of nectar. The feeder base is bright red to attract hummingbirds. The clear, acrylic reservoir makes it easy to monitor nectar levels and unscrews easily from the feeder base for quick cleaning and filling. Hanging is easy with the integrated bird feeder hanger built into the top of the bottle.

For best results, use the Perky-Pet® Instant High Energy Nectar. This specially blended nectar is easy to use, requires no boiling and stays fresh longer! The feeder may be cleaned with the Perky Pet® Cleaning Mop. Remember to clean your feeder at least twice a week, more often in very warm climates or seasons.

Definately not shatterproof took it ...

Definately not shatterproof took it out of the Rural King bag and set it on couch when I picked it up i dropped it and it fell about 3 feet to padded carpeting and broke beyond repair. Very brittle plastic broke off at neck of bottle. Very disappointed .

Hi, I don’t know why you changed the design. The previous version had a red plastic bottom that screwed to the top glass piece. It was very easy to fill, had a secure and tight fit and NEVER leaked. Unfortunately, I broke the glass part beyond repair. It was the best hummer feeder I’ve ever had. Based on your reviews, I don’t think I want to purchase this.

this is the third one i have bought had to throw them away leaks like a sieve out of the bottom would work better if the bottom was one piece instead of that seam that cant't stay together

i have three models,today i picked up the #273.what is the 6in long small rod for?nothing in the direction on what its for.i have a hunch it might be for hanging.

Simply tie it through the small hole at the top of the feeder and hang the feeder in a location that is sheltered from the direct sunlight/wind. Not good- leaks

I was excited and then disappointed with this.Like others have said bottom leaks badly! I tossed the receipt but it's only a week old and been filled once

Where is the feeder hung? We recommend keeping it out of the direct sunlight as liquid will expand when it gets warmer. When the base and the bottle of the feeder are tightly assembled and the feeder is quickly inverted upright after filling, it should not leak. I purchased this feeder and it leaks horribly at the base. Everything is clean and tight but sure enough it keeps a drip. Nectar was gone in no time... all on the porch!

We also recommend protecting it from the sun, since liquid expands as it gets warmer. Leaks out the bottom

I bought two of these from Fleet Farm. Both leak out the bottom along the rim where the bottom connects to the sides. The hummingbird food was gone in less than a day. These are not even worth a quarter.
