not a good purchase By Birdie

This feeder is easy to assemble but the flanges on the tray do not hold the seed cylinder very securely even when the top is snugged down by the wire. My biggest complaint is that the feeder dumps way too much seed out onto the tray and then on to the ground. Would not buy again. Would not recommend.

Q.Is a replacement hanging wire available for this feeder? I have had two of these and the wire loops wear out;this time, though, I'd like to see if just that part can be replaced.
