I cannot twist the top off my newly purchased Squirrel-be-gone Max feeder. How do I do that?

I am sorry that you are experiencing difficulty twisting the top off of your new Squirrel-Be-Gone Max feeder. If you visit our website at www.perkypet.com, and use the Model # SBG101 for reference pictures, it will show you how to twist the top of the feeder. I HAVE THE MAX SQUIRREL BEGON. THE PORTS ARE (6) WORN. I HAVE BEEN USEING DUCK TAPE TO REPAIR . I CANNOT FIND REPLACEMENT PORTS.
