I have three of these feeders in different sizes. They are bright and cheerful to look at, but the perches continually fall out, and some have been chewed by squirrels so no longer can be used. That renders the whole feeder unusable as without the perches the feed spills out. Unfortunately you can't buy replacement perches so after only 3 months of use, the feeders are useless.Response From Perky-Pet®Lauren : Consumer Relations Representative
Thank you for this feedback. We're sorry to hear that the squirrels damaged the feeders in this manner. They are covered under a one year replacement policy. Reach out to us at 1-855-737-5973 for assistance.
Review RateFive Star Metal Bird Feeders
Our family has had Perky Pet metal bird feeders for years. They are much more durable than the plastic bird feeders. We live in a rainy climate. After it rains, the seeds germinate in the plastic bird feeders. We don't have that problem with the metal bird feeders. We just bought two more Perky Pet metal bird feeders. We give Perky Pet metal bird feeders a five star rating.
