Poor quality on the plastic portals. Had it 1 day and the portal fell out now I have 4 out have been hot gluing them now which is not holding up. Won't be buying again.Received no help was told it wasn't purchased online. Have no receipt to prove I bought it from Home Depot.

Q.Will squirrels be able to eat from this? It did not state squirrel buster.

While this feeder does not include squirrel resistant features, placement is very important when preventing squirrel access. We recommend keeping the feeder at least 12 feet away from launching pads such as a tree, fence, deck..etc and four feet off the ground. Installing a squirrel baffler above or below the feeder also works well to deter the squirrels.

Q.I have a Perky Pet feeder #392, and the little metal piece which holds the top on has one end broken off. Can I get a replacement?? Stella
